The importance of Airway
Healthy sleep begins with a clear, open airway.

When the airway is unrestricted, oxygen flows freely through the nose and throat to the lungs, supporting deep, restorative sleep cycles. Nasal breathing also warms, filters, and humidifies the air-optimizing oxygen delivery and promoting calm through activation of the parasympathetic nervous system.
When the airway collapses or becomes obstructed during sleep, breathing is interrupted. This condition -known as sleep-disordered breathing— includes snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
Both disrupt normal sleep architecture and prevent the brain and body from achieving restorative rest.
